Guide for Special-Order

1. What is Special-Order (Special-Order)

Special-Order Service provides a marketplace to facilitate business transactions between member (Buyer) seeking for specialized, hard-to-find machines and members (Sellers) have similar or matching machines. However, Inwang cannot guarantee that registered machine information listed is true, accurate, safe or legal.

2. How to buy Special- Order (Buyer Guide)

1. Membership registration:
Membership registration is required to obtain user ID and Password for the Service. Click ?Registration? at top menu ?Members? to apply membership.

2. Registration of Special-Order:
In the ?Registration for Special-Order? form, you specify your requirements of the machine. Register detailed information including machine type, name, maker, major specifications, machine condition etc. to increase the chances of finding the Special- Order machine. You can read your registration at ?Special- Order/Registration List?.

3. Checking Response List for Special- Order:
After registration, you check with ?Special- Order/Response List? periodically if there are responses from members having similar or matching machines you are seeking. If there is any response you are interested in, you consult with Inwang for further information. Inwang will investigate the responses and inform you of full details of the responses shortly. Upon request, inwang can arrange your trip to inspect the machine.

4. Contact Inwang:
If you have any questions after reviewing machine or consultations are required, contact Inwang and get their assistance and support for the best purchase contract. For more details, please refer to the Service Agreement, Article 16. Special-Order.

3.How to Sell (Seller Guide)

1. Membership registration:
Membership registration is required to obtain user ID and Password for the Service. Click ?Registration? at top menu ?Members? to apply membership.

2. Checking Registration List for Special Order:
If you wish to sell, you check with ?Special- Order/Registration List? periodically if there are inquiries seeking for machines you can sell. If you find any inquiry you are interested in, you can respond.

3. Responding to Special-Order Inquiries:
In the ?Response for Special-Order? form, you can specify detailed information of the machine you can sell including machine type, name, model, year, maker, major specifications, photographs and machine condition etc. in order to enhance sale possibilities.

4. Contact Inwang: At your response, Inwang will contact you for further information on technical matters, price, inspection and lead-time etc. Until sales contract is made, Inwang will facilitate communication between you and buyer.
