Regulations
1. Membership Registration
Obligations
1) The applicant wishing to become a member must
supply the information
in the on-line ?Membership Registration? form
provided by
Inwang. The applicants must provide true, accurate,
current and complete
information about themselves and maintain and
promptly update the information
to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
2) To become a member, the applicant must agree to
terms and conditions
of Service Agreement (hereafter called ?SA?). In
principle,
SA is made between each user ID and Inwang. Once
the SA is made, the applicant
is registered as a member.
2. Membership Acceptance
1) When the applicant fills out all the information
as per Article 4.
And agrees to the terms
And conditions of SA, Inwang will grant membership.
Applications are processed
in the order they are received. The membership is
in effective when membership
approval is notified by email to the applicant.
2) Inwang will decline an application for the
following reasons.
-1. Application is identical to existing member.
-2. Information in application is untrue,
inaccurate, not current and
incomplete.
-3. Applicant is under 18 years of age.
3) Inwang may temporarily delay granting a
membership for the following
reasons. Applicants will be notified by email when
their applications
are approved.
-1. Membership capacity is filled.
-2. When technical problems exists.
-3. Re-applying with 3 months of termination by
Inwang.
-4. Other reasons requiring more time to evaluate
the application.
3. Member?s Conduct
Obligation
1) As members can gain access to all services
provided by Inwang using
user ID and password, members are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality
of password and are fully responsible for all
activities that occur under
your password. Member must notify immediately of
any unauthorized use
of user ID, password and any other breach of
security. Inwang shall not
be responsible for any loss and damage caused by
member?s failure
to comply with this clause.
2) Since all information, data, text, image,
messages, sound, graphics
or other materials
(?Contents?) are sole responsibility of the
member from
which such contents originated, member is entirely
responsible to use,
upload, post, email, transmit the Contents. Inwang
does not guarantee
the accuracy, integrity, legality and quality of
such Contents including
machine registration information.
4. Membership Terminations
and Cancellation
1) Members can terminate their membership by
notifying Inwang. Before
notification, the member must cancel all bids and
information entries.
Any losses or damages caused by cancelled bid and
retracted information
is the responsibility of the member.
2) Members can cancel their membership by notifying
Inwang by e-mail (recommended),
fax and other methods. The member must provide a
user ID and password
for verification. Membership is cancelled when
Inwang receives the notification.
However, if there is any on-going Service,
membership will be terminated
when the Service finishes.
3) For membership terminated by members, the
membership can be reinstated
if the member notifies such a request to Inwang.
4) Inwang may cancel memberships for the following
reasons.
-1. Intentionally or unintentionally listing
illegal machines or displaying
actions that disregard common courtesy or general
business practices.
-2. Harming the rights, honor, reputation and
profits of other members
or Inwang.
-3. Attempting to or disrupting the Service
facilitated by Inwang.
-4. Dishonestly registering machines for sale.
5) Members will be notified by e-mail, telephone,
fax or other methods
the cause and cancellation of their membership.
Before notification is
sent, Inwang will grant the member an opportunity
to testify. The membership
is cancelled when final notification is sent to the
member. Inwang is
not responsible for any loses or damages that may
arise from canceling
the memberships. Membership cancelled by Inwang
will not be automatically
be reinstated at the request of the member.
5. Privacy Policy
1) Private membership information is only used to
enhance Service, and
will not be supplied to 3rd parties without
explicit consent from the
members. However, Inwang will provide the
information if there is a court
order. Once Service is achieved, both parties will
be able to trade information
needed to complete the Service. In cases where
consent is required from
the members, Inwang will provide them with the 3rd
party name, purpose,
and information being provided, so they can make an
informed decision.
Members can change their mind any time about
releasing private information.
2) Personal information is managed by
inwang@inwang.com. Members can contact
the Inwang to confirm their membership information
and request any changes
to the information. For memberships with requests
for updates, information
is not used until the information is updated.
Inwang shall be responsible
for any damage and loss caused by stolen, misused,
altered and exposed
information by fault of Inwang.
