What is ?Buy and Sell??
(Buy & Sell)
1) It is an on-line marketplace where members can buy
and sell the registered
machines freely at any time. If you wish to sell
machine, you must be a
member and register your machine at given form. The
list of registered machine
is current and updated regularly for potential
buyers.
2) Inwang offers a database with an extensive list of
the registered machines
for members desiring to purchase new, used, foreign
machines. Inwang will
support members to make a good purchase of machine
whenever members need
machines.
3) Information regarding newly registered machine is
sent to members on
regular basis to all members via email. Consultants
are available to address
difficulties or problems that members may encounter
during the transactions
in this Service.
4) Members wishing to purchase specialized, hard-to-
find machine can try
the ?Special-order? transaction to search for the
requiring
machine.
How to buy? (Buyer?s Guide)
1. Membership registration:
Membership registration is required to obtain user ID
and password for the
Service.
Click ?Registration? at top menu ?Members? to
apply membership.
2. Search the machine to purchase in two ways:
Firstly click ?Machine Categories / Machine Names?
on left
side of the screen or using ?Search? below top
menu. You can
find registered machine list (New/Used) you are
looking for. Then click
?M/C Code? in machine list to see the machine
details including
its quotation.
3.Inspect the machine: Contacting Inwang:
At the ?Quotation?, you can request for machine
inspection.
If you want to inspect the machine, you just click
?Yes? at
quotation. Then Inwang will contact you for the
machine inspection trip
shortly.
4. Contact Inwang:
If you have any questions after reviewing machine or
consultations are required,
contact Inwang or click ?Purchase Inquiries? under
the quotation.
Once you send a concrete inquiry or a request for
consultation, Inwang will
do their best to support you for the best purchase
contract.
5. Checking status of Purchase:
Buyer can view the status of the machine purchase by
clicking on ?My
Purchase? at ?Buy & Sell?. For more details,
please
refer to the Service Agreement, Article 15. Buy &
Sell.
How to Sell? (Seller?s
Guide)
1. Membership registration:
Membership registration is required to obtain user ID
and password for the
Service.
Click ?Registration? at top menu ?Members? to
apply membership.
2. Machine registration:
Click ?Submit M/Cs? at top menu ?Buy & Sell?
and fill the machine information and images in given
Machine Registration
form.
3. Ready for buyer?s machine inspection:
Once machine is registered, you must be ready for
buyer?s machine
inspection. Inwang will arrange trip for machine
inspection.
4. Contact Inwang: Inwang will help you to clarify
all questions and inquiries
buyer wants to confirm before purchase.
5. Check sale status: Seller can view the status of
the machine sale by
clicking on ?My Sale? at top menu ?Buy & Sell?.

Agreement, Article 15. Buy
& Sell.
How to register the machine
for Buy & Sell? (M/C
registration)
1. Place the cursor of the mouse on ?Buy & Sell? in
top menu.
2. In the sub-menu of ?Buy & Sell?, select ?Submit
M/Cs? for machine registration.
3. Select whether the machine you register is Used or
New.
4. Once the selection is done, the ?Buy & Sell / M/C
Registration?
form will shows up.
5. The ?New? or ?Used? will be shown as a
selection
from the above 3.
6. In the ? M/C type? window, select the machine
type that
is most similar.
7. Depending on the ?M/C Type?, the ?M/C Name?
window will be provided. From the window, select the
machine name.
8. In the ?Size? window, select the size range that
is most
suitable for the machine.
9. In ?Model?, input the correct maker?s model
number
of the machine.
10. In ?Serial No.?, input maker?s serial number
of
the machine.
11. In ?Year?, input machine manufactured year in
case of
used machine.
12. In ?M/C condition?, selects one from Excellent,
Good or
Fair for the state of the used machine.
13. In ?Price Term?, it means delivery point of the
machine.
Select one from Ex-Works, FOB, C&F. CIF and Others.
You may specify your
Price Term at ?Remark?.
14. In ?Price?, you put the price of the machine.
If you need
consultations with price of the machine, please
contact Inwang.
15. In ?Payment Term?, you input payment conditions
of the
machine.
16. ?Delivery? is the lead-time of shipment or time
of transfer
of the machine.
17. ?M/C Location? is the place where the machine
is located.
You need to input at least area and country i.e.
Hamburg, Germany.
18. In ?Major Specifications?, input overall
Machine specifications
as accurately as possible.
19. For ?Standard Accessories?, list in detail the
Standard
Parts and accessories comes with machine.
20. In ?Remarks?, put any special features the
machine has,
if any.
21. After you have completed filling out the form,
click ?Submit?
button. This will bring you to ?Buy & Sell /
Optional Acc. Registration?
page, where you can register Optional Items with unit
price. You can register
as many option items as you want by repeating
registeration. Once finished,
click ?Submit? to go to next page ?M/C Image
Registration?.
22.Please ?Select? to find image file and click
?Register?
to register the image in Image List. By repeating the
procedure, you can
register up to five (5) machine images. Once
finished, click ?Submit?.
23. This will bring you ?Buy & Sell / M/C
Registration? page
where you can correct all the registered information.
By select ?
M/C Correct?, ?Acc. Correct? and ?Image
Correct?,
you can correct Machine Registration, Optional
Accessories Registration
and Image Registration respectively. Once finished,
click ?Finish?
to see all details of ?M/C Info for Buy & Sell?.
24. In addition, the Used Machine registration
process is same as the new
machine registration except for the ?Optional
Accessories?
page, which is omitted.
